We use Telecom grade product in Enterprise Network Management. However, the solutions are highly optimized and customized for specific need.

This would prevent their network to go down and hence increasing the uptime of the network significantly.

Enterprise Service Management – Using ServiceNow

One of the key tenets of doing a transformation in your organization is by eliminating paper based SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) into completely automated workflows.  Each organsiation has a few thousand SOPs.  Until you are able to automate these SOPs improvements in service delivery will always be an enigma.

Our ESM practice covers all the ServiceNow modules including new ones like Discovery.  Our teams helped companies set-up clean CMDBs, automate the HR, ITSM, service desk and procurement processes 

One of our speciality areas is the Discovery module of ServiceNow and we are helping from the US to the middle-east  in implementing and helping customers discover assets using ServiceNow. Given our capabilities in fields other than just ServiceNow, we have also built integrations with third party products from vendors like IBM, Microsoft and others.
